General Conditions - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY WHEN BOOKING :

White water and river rafting is an exciting activity and the Tara Canyon is spectacular. However, this activity also carries inherent risks and anyone booking a rafting trip via Black Mountain must understand the possible risks of this activity. Every precaution is taken to ensure your enjoyment and safety, however in taking your booking we assume you are fit and in good health, with no obvious physical injuries or pre-existing medical conditions which could jeopardise your safety or that of your raft companions and guide. Please ask us at Black Mountain at the time of booking in case you have any concerns in this respect. Life jackets and safety helmets are compulsory and you will be required to wear your safety helmet securely fastened at all times when on the raft. Your life jacket must likewise be securely fastened at all times. Failure to comply means you are not able to raft and no refunds will be given. This is for your safety and the safety of others. Please listen carefully to your guide’s safety briefing and ask if you are not clear about anything. If you are not happy with any aspect of your trip please contact us right away or ask your guide or driver who can also put you into contact with us at Black Mountain. We recommend that you are able to swim 50 metres unaided and are reasonably confident in water if you wish to raft. By booking your rafting tour with Black Mountain we assume you have read and agree with the conditions laid out above and declare yourself fit to participate in rafting the Tara Canyon. If you incur any injuries / illness between the time of booking and the time of the activity taking place please let us know of any concerns.

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RAFT IF YOU SUFFER FROM EXTREME ASTHMA, CARDIO/RESPIRATORY DISORDERS, HYPERTENSION, BACK PROBLEMS OR ANY OTHER MEDICAL CONDITION WHICH WOULD NORMALLY PRECLUDE YOU FROM PARTICIPATING IN ACTIVE SPORTS. WE DO NOT ADVISE RAFTING IF YOU ARE PREGNANT.

HAVE A GREAT TIME !

* For the 2 day tour it is not always possible to start from Radovan Luka depending on water levels and National Park permissions. In this case we can offer a 2 day tour starting higher up the river at Splaviste in early season, or in later season this would be a 3 day tour when the water levels are lower.
