Traverse the backbone of the Dinaric Alps, on a stunning 6 day trek which takes in remote villages and follows ancient pathways, with incredible photo opportunities all the way. Rest your feet with a boat ride on the beautiful Skadar Lake before summitting Mount Rumija to conclude your journey.
HIKING TOUR
Journey to the remote north of Montenegro on a tour through widerness areas, mountains and canyons, remote plateaus and primary forests. This tour will pass through small villages where the Montenegrin way of life has remained unchanged for decades. Crowned by specatacular scenery and going well off the beaten track this is a tour which will truly be an experience.
HIKING TOUR
A road cycling tour for experienced amateur cyclists following the coastal and mountain roads which are used by the annual Paths of King Nikola Cycle race in Montenegro. Guided and with vehicle support, this tour combines Montenegro’s dramatic Adriatic coastline with the alpine north – Durmitor National Park, Zabljak and Kolasin. Returning to the coast via the dramatic Skadar Lake, the tour provides the full flavour of Montenegro and spectacular scenery at every road turn.
ROAD CYCLING TOUR
Explore Montenegro’s rugged terrain and spectacular scenery taking in the stunning Bay of Kotor, Mount Lovcen and Skadar Lake and the rivers, mountains and canyons of Northern Montenegro. Hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, kayaking and high ropes adventure park are all included. Each activity is led by full qualified instructors and previous experience of rafting, kayaking or high ropes is not required. Experience of mountain biking and hiking is required.
MULTI ACTIVITY TOUR
8 DAYS
This tour is based on the route of the 2010 ARMeX 48 Hour endurance race, one of Europe’s toughest and most spectacular adventure races. Fully supported by the guides who design the Adventure Race route, this tour is intended to give adventure race and outdoor sports enthusiasts a chance to try each of the stages, without the sleep deprivation which the teams have to endure. ARMeX crosses some of Montenegro’s last areas of wilderness and spectacular scenery which is rarely visited by tourists.
