Montenegro offers endless possibilties for mountain biking at all levels. The varied terrain and dramatic scenery make this a mountain biker's paradise. In summer when the coastal regions are too hot, the interior mountains provide a refreshing climate for mountain biking. In winter when the interior is blanketed in snow, the coastal ranges offer a huge variety of off road trails and quiet country roads. Here at Black Mountain we have a range of mountain bikes for rent, from half and one day rentals from our base in Herceg Novi to longer rentals and also guided tours and fully packaged tours, including accommodation, transfers, bike rentals and guide.

For those seeking new challenges Black Mountain has actively assisted in the establishment of new mountain biking trails and promotion of mountain biking in Montenegro. The National Tourist Organisation has published a comprehensive trail of maps and suggested routes. We can provide full details and organise all aspects of your trip if you wish to ride any of the routes, right up to the Trans Montenegro route which is the toughest challenge of all !

Together with the local mountain biking clubs we have explored and can offer riding to suit every ability. If you wish to bring your own bikes let us know and we have bike racks for taxi transfers and for rental with hire cars.
