Kotor Old Town is a 15 minute stroll or 5 min car / taxi ride. There is an excellent 24 hour taxi service in Kotor. Large sandy beaches are 15 and 20 mins drive away at Jaz and Plave Horizonte. In the Bay of Kotor itself swimming is from stone beaches or quays.

The property is raised ground floor (the whole complex is raised) and there are some steps to be climbed to access the property, therefore it is not possible for any wheelchair access to this property.
