Jack Delf  Leaving behind a successful London career in media and marketing, Jack travelled the world’s wilder parts and spent time living with a remote tribe in Papua New Guinea before settling in Montenegro. Jack is Managing Director of Black Mountain and manages the outdoor teambuilding and events business. Jack is a qualified yacht master, advanced scuba diver and off-road driving enthusiast. Jack introduced the Leave No Trace principle to Montenegro in conjunction with support from the UNDP and is now a Master Educator of the programme.

Hayley Wright  An avid adventurer, Hayley has journeyed to some of the coldest and remotest parts of the globe including a ski expedition to the North Pole and a winter spent living in Siberia. With a passion for trekking to high altitudes and spending time outside her comfort zone, the move into the adventure travel industry was a natural progression. Hayley is a Leave No Trace trainer and member of the local mountaineering club. Languages : fluent Russian, schoolgirl French and grammatically shocking Montenegrin...

Tanja Mlacnik Tanja has a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from the Kotor institute and is an enthusiastic hiker and member of the Subra Mountaineering club. Tanja runs the office at Herceg Novi bus station and manages tour agency relations with Black Mountain's partners. Tanja speaks fluent English and is currently studying for her Master's Degree. Tanja is a Leave No Trace Master Educator and key in helping Black Mountain develop this programme within Montenegro.

Davor Jelic Davor runs the Black Mountain office at Herceg Novi Marina and manages Black Mountain's Holiday Accommodation and Property Rental business. Davor qualified as a 'tourismologist' (tourist economist) in 1999 and has IATA certification. Davor is also an accomplished sailor and was 3 times National Champion in the ‘420 sailing class. Davor speaks fluent English and has a wicked sense of humour!
