Robert Consentino Based in the US Robert is an incessant traveller and has 10 years experience working in marketing and strategy. He has led cross-functional teams and managed multi-million dollar budgets (with p&l responsibility) for Fortune 500 companies. During the global recession Robert travelled to Montenegro to put his business skills to good use. Having fallen in love with the country and predicting the explosion of the Montenegrin consumer market, he is now working with multinational companies to connect brands with consumers in a sustainable way.

Robert handles Black Mountain's North America clientbase, marketing and media.

Jack Delf  Following a successful London career in media and marketing, Jack travelled the world’s wilder parts and spent time living with a remote tribe in Papua New Guinea before settling in Montenegro. Jack is Managing Director of Black Mountain and manages the company's corporate, teambuilding and events business. Jack is a qualified yachtmaster, PADI advanced scuba diver and off-road driving enthusiast. Jack introduced the Leave No Trace programme to Montenegro and is a Master Educator of the programme.

Based between the UK and Montenegro Jack is also expanding the company's adventure travel itineraries to neighbouring Bosnia, Serbia and Croatia, as well as a new market for us - Ukraine !

Hayley Wright  An avid adventurer, Hayley has journeyed to some of the coldest and remotest parts of the globe including a ski expedition to the North Pole and a winter spent living in Siberia. With a passion for trekking to high altitudes and spending time outside her comfort zone, the move into the adventure travel industry was a natural progression. Hayley is a Leave No Trace trainer, has a Bachelor's degree in Russian language and also speaks French and Serbian.

Hayley deals with client enquiries, liaison with our team on the ground in Montenegro, and logistics for the transfers, activities, and well being of our guests.
